Gonna be manning a Buy Nothing Day booth on this day of utmost consumerism.
But I won't preach here. Go shop and bitch about the world. |

I went to Di Bellas (sub resteraunt, not sure fi you guys have those where you live) and got a cheesesteak. I went into the mall parking lot across the street from the place to eat it forgetting what today was. The lot was packed. Alot of idiot drivers. I'm glad I wasn't in the mall shopping.

I did a lot of Holiday buying today ... but all online
I got my girlfriend a whole bunch of digital camera stuff: Kodak Easyshare Z730, 5 MP Digital Camera ($215), Kodac Printer Dock ($130), Trikon Camera kit (a tri-pod and a carrying case), and a 512 MB SD Card ($40 together). All off of NewEgg ... $11 for shipping of all of those things. Came to about $400 ... but this will cover me until at least her birthday. My friend and I actually went to Circuit City and he got the 51" HDTV marked from $1300 to $800. Not a bad deal... I was thinking of it too, but didn't get it. |
