Verizon aquiring Alltel

Does this mean that we'll no longer be seeing those Alltel commercials with the wizard and the 4 morons?

I haven't used either carrier in the past, don't know if they use the same type of network, if not, would be interesting to see what changes go down. Anyone fearful of getting hosed in the deal?

I'm an AT&T user, so no getting hosed for me directly. Less competition isn't really good though.

I've been with Sprint & Nextel for a little over 5 years, and I've seen my (un)fair share of the hose.
